At Sandstone, we are more than just Recruiters.

We want to work with organizations that are not only successful but want to make a difference in their communities. We believe that business should be a force for good and we can help you build a team that has the has the skills to move your business forward but who also share your organizations values.

Fit can mean different things to different people but, for the long-term success of the organization it’s important to build a team that aligns on the core values of the business. Alignment on purpose, mission and values will lead to better employee engagement and long term, sustainable success.

Our Focus

We focus not only on skills, but also on organizational fit which, while important in all organizations, is particularly critical in smaller companies. Studies have shown that a diverse team can lead to better overall company performance so our objective is not to find people exactly like you but to find people that will work well within your team environment but who can also bring different perspectives and experiences.

Relationships are Important to us

Our goal is to develop strong, lasting relationships with our clients and consultants and be a strategic partner, rather than just another service provider. At Sandstone, professionalism, integrity and transparency are the guiding principles of our business.
